Shrunken head - bigger ones

If playing a voodoo dryad we know that a fitting shrunken head boosts the damage by a factor of 4 or so. So changing shrunken heads quickly has a big impact on your kill speed. But if you have glasses as thick that a main battle tank blushes in shame, things get complicated. The 1*1 size in inventory is a bit too small to quickly change heads with right clicks.

A 2*2 size would be both: a bigger 'target area' for right clicking and bigger icons to quickly find the needed head in inventory.

 

So anyone did it already?
