Help how to find more questing areas?

Recommended Posts

Hi

I'm sorry if I posted on the wrong zone or category, I've been browsing for a while and can't find what I'm looking for.

I need help how to find more questing areas I'm stuck at level 65 and I am currently at the Great Machine quest, which I am skipping because of it's difficulty. I do not want to die and I just saw that it is a level 73 area. Is there a way to skip to another town or realm or I have to do this? I've only been playing this game in 5 weeks and I have done most side quests and failed a lot of escorts, 'cause I didn't know I'm not supposed to keep accepting quests, lol. I have done human and orc realm, swamp, desert, seraphim island, jungle, island, etc. I'm at wastelands but its killing me, I hate that place so much. Help please, thank you. Right now, I'm doing low level side quests back to human realm and killing mobs at desert and swamp areas to level at least a few chunks.

Oh bonus question, is there a way to at least delete a talent build such as magic staff since I accidentally pressed it, darn. Using console PS3 by the way.

Lujate linked a good thread for places to level up... but be careful if you choose the Orc Cave, that place likes to eat elves for breakfast, lunch, dinner and a nighttime snack. :chef:

Unfortunately, thre is no way to respec / unchoose a skill.

Just a tidbit about surviving the Wastelands - before you get into the Great Machine, you want to focus your resistances (armour) around Physical and Magic types of damage. Have 3 Magic-resistance relics equipped at all times. Use a shield, rather than a 2-handed weapon... even without the shield lore skill, shields are quite useful. I'd hazard a guess you are a fire-mage, but if you're trying to use Cobalt Strike or Magic Coup on the demons, try your fire spells instead...

LOL thank you very much. I am currently an ice mage, I haven't played my fire mage for a while since I died 3x and I suck. Icemage lvl66 Firemage lvl45, I do not know why I like elves so much haha, I tried dryad but I always feel sleepy and I end up sleeping. I tried inquisitor, the rat technology guy, the warrior, and paladin...I still like the Elves of them all...Hmmm, I haven't explored that cave yet, I will find it, and I'm so thrifty using those mentor pills is that why I'm leveling slow........gahhh.I really want another talent point on my cascading shroud badly. I appreciate your help, everyone, THANKS> :DDD
