Changing font in CM patch

Hi everyone. I want to ask whether I can actually do this. I mean, the font I've seen on some screenshots is MUCH more readable than the original. I'm thinking of the one presenting the NPCs' names. Also, descriptions of items' features seem enhanced in comparison to the ones I have in game. Is that some CM hidden feature or maybe some mod?

It's not a cm patch thing, just something that people have done to make it easier to read the fine font.
