Sacred 2 HC Mode Broken in CM 130?

Hey,

 

Just did a fresh install of Sacred 2 Ice and Blood 2.65.2 and CM 130 on my PC.

Everything is working great except.... HC mode is not working.

 

Trying to start a new HC Shadow Warrior with no success.

When I create my character the red skull is lit up.

But when I save and inspect my character he is shown to be in standard mode.

 

I tried starting a character with the skull both lit up and not lit up.

Same result. No HC mode =(

 

Anyone else had this problem before?

Am I missing something?

No, I never had that problem.

hmm I confirm, no problem with HC chars with CM patch.

 

Sometimes it appears that clicking the red skull isn't taken in count. You can check your char status top right of the screen under his name at creation. Try clicking 2 or 3 times on the red skull so that the status effectively changes to HC. Else I don't see, sorry

If you think CM is the problem, just remove it and create your character. Afterwards, put the CM back on.

Chalk this one up to operator error.

 

I was checking HC mode and then switching character class.

When you switch class the mode reverts to standard.

 

I now have my new HC Shadow Warrior.
