The quest in the german version is called: Mit dem zweiten.... translated as: With the second....

 

It may be related to the campaign the ZDF (Zweites deutsches Fernsehen, Second german TV) was and is running. The full slogan is: Mit dem zweiten sieht man besser. You see better with the second (TV channel). In the quest someone is seeing better with the second (now mechanical eye).

 

 

In all the ad#s the two fingers in front of an eye is a repeating thing. The ad above Is Vitali Klitschko whose box fight for box world championship was broadcasted in the ZDF.

 

With the second you see better who is the lord of the (box) rings.
