Is there is a mod with an above-character health-bar? ~ Some stupid questions I did not find answers for

Hello there. Wanted to ask, if there is a mod with an above-character healthbar? The Vanilla one is totally horrible. And wanted to ask about a solution of the bug, when 2-3 music lines start playing, once it was 2 town themes and a battle theme playing at once.
