Man, I can't stop looking at that pic gogo I would say that it's just a a marketing thing. Emeril would serve it in a shallow bowl with a mound of rice in the center....bah! My mother always had the right idea. She would buy those 5 lb tubs of butter and clean the container after the butter was gone. That was hergumbo bowl. Link to comment
