Turn of Failed Quests Only?

Hey Guys,

Is there a way to turn of the red circles "failed quests" only on the map without turn off the Green Cirles aswell on the BIG MAP/ "M" ? I have some quest Bugs that Succeded quests still have a Red circle that kinda Annoy me. I just want to see the Green Onces.
