Mouse randomly moving by itself

Hi,
I have this problem that randomly when playing Sacred my mouse moves a little bit toward top right. It is not a big movement, literally few pixels but its enough to be annoying. I am sure that mouse is working properly, because it doesn't happen in any other applications and to be more sure I tested it out with second mouse from different PC.
Is unofficial patch fixing this problem? Because the changelog doesn't say anything about this particular problem, although it does say about "some internal stuff".
I've tried googling but I didn't find anyone having same problem. Maybe I dont know how to google?

it may be because of the "mouse: follow opponents", try to turn it off if it is on
