How do we know which town or region we're in for Sacred 2?

I'm trying to list all the quests available that my Seraphim is encountering. Running quest lists by geographic locale seems like a good way of doing this...but everything I look at the map,

 

 

 

 

I find it hard to know exactly what the town or region borders are.

 

Anyone got any insight on how to attack this, or set up quest organization in SacredWiki?
