I'm seeing different hair colors. What's up?

On some Serephim and High Elf player characters in pics, I'm seeing different hair colors. What's up? I checked my character creator and didn't see a tab or buttons to change this. Is there some place in-game that I can change or am I just missing something and you can't really do it?

Sweeeeeet! Didn't see that before, but now that I did, I recall seeing it elsewhere and forgot about it! Thanks, Erling, you're the bestest! Anyone know how to do the other styles and do these work for all characters or just the seraphim?

All female characters have different hairstyles and haircolors. Male characters don't.
