:) Hehe!

Ahh I wish I could. I just can't find any job where they need a child's hand. Or they let children work. You know there are min 16 yrs limit. :S

Shame. If the younger ones want to work they can't? Unfair.

Lawn mowing, dog walking, lemonade stand selling, painting...if you undertook your own personal venture...is there a law against that as well? Doesn't seem right...specially as you're mature, and know what you're doing. Would your parents permissions legally entitle you to work?

Um...I couldn't find any of these. I thought of fruit collecting from trees and smaller "farms". Found nothing.

My parents allow me to work, but we have no idea what to do. Theres also an other chance. I can wash the dishes, wash up and do dirty things like that at McDonald's. For soooo little money. Anyway thats money too.

Those kinds of jobs, while seeming to be huge sinks of time, do plug in money though. And more importantly give you the opportunity to work with work teams...important when starting out. Part time maybe?

Hit the roads, the restaurants... make a list of places that serve food near your house, dress up nicely...black pants, white shirt, and make sure you speak to a manager if possible. In most cases like this, they usually need summer help, and the VERY interesting thing, is that these places are usually always in a lurch at this time, peeps come, peeps go...you just have to make sure you're there just when they need someone, with a smiley face, great attitude, and... lol, your cv.

It's a good bit of fun, and when you land that first job, it's a pretty thrilling experience. Think of all the cool stuff you can buy to play with !

or put up a card on local bulliten boards advertising baby sitting. Most parents would love to find a responsible 13-15 yr old in need of $$ to watch their kids for a few hours here and there so they can do grownup things .... like eat their own meal first at dinner before it gets cold...

If you lived closer I'd hire you ... but the commute is too expensive :-(

Congratulations on your freedom Tomi! Ah what a good feeling eh. :)

Getting some cash in your pocket is no easy task when you're under the working age. I started working at about 12 or 13 and was very lucky in getting jobs pre age 16. The jobs I had then were found for me by people I knew. My first of course... Delivering newspapers. :D My next job was working as stock boy for a local franchise corner store. I would work twice a week restocking the store and that job was given to me by my mother who was cashier. The next job I recall was again through a connection of my mother's. This time it was a Roadhouse. Of all places, haha. I was to be a sort of "go to" boy for the kitchen but mostly I would carry out trays of food for the waitresses to take from and bring to their customers.

I think at your age your going to need to rely a lot on the people that you know. Ask around a lot and who knows what might come up. :D Babysitting as mom says is a great service you could try. I did a ton of that as well. There's loads of parents out there desperately needing some time to go out and relax.

Good luck on the job search Tomi! :)

Ohh thanks! hehe. I was searching on the net, and found........*drums drums drums* nothing.

My dad promised me that he will check out the restaurant near his working place. And in a bakery near our house.

[if he finds anything he will bring me to the restaurant. (it's 25 mile far from us)] And it would be sooo great! :)

Thanks guys for help. Looking forward the results now. :)
