After reading all that, your probably wonder how is this build going to get me money and valuables and fast xp which in-turn gives fast leveling! Well Here it is.

Before going into the cave I recommend your Astral soldiers be 10 to 15 levels higher then your level, this being the orc's hit hard. The soldiers being higher then you will give you success in the cave!

Cave Combos:

Skeletal Fortification + Augmenting Guidon => Owns orcs and helps the conjure soldiers and give you better success in the cave. After you get your soldiers to a certain level you will no longer need to use Skeletal Fortification or Augmenting Guidon.

ALWAYS HAVE SHADOW VEIL ON SOMETIMES YOU MAY GO VISABLE WHEN CASTING A SPELL BE CAREFULL!

Orc Cave (fast xp tons of cash and valuables)

Finishing Notes

well, this was my first guide and I hope you like it. let me know what you all think and if anyone show some of your progress if you like. if there are any question don't hesitate to ask! Enjoy!

Hey Folks, great build. I am new to this games (on XBOX 360) and enjoying it. I had two newby questions.

1. How do you get you Astral Soldiers to be above your level? Is that done by memorizing runes/forging runes into your weapons/armor?

2. Does the difficulty level effect the cave? I went there with a level 29 SW on Bronze and wiped everything out but only got 50 XP per kill

Thanks, great forum BTW, I have learned a lot about this game reading through here, and am liking it a lot more understanding some of the depth to it.

1: either memorize runes or socket +combat arts/runes into your gear to have the skellies above your level.

2: in bronze the monsters caps out at a low level so you won't get much XP for them when that happens, when you take them on at silver with a char level 30-40 you will get around 3-4K XP per kill.

Welcome :)

Easily modified by picking Concentration at level 5 or 8 as the tenth skill.

Also need to swap Enhanced Perception with Blacksmithing

Its been a while and I'm surprised nobody has mentioned this, in console versions Blacksmithing is broken. As he is an Xbox(console) user, like us Ps3 users, blacksmith is junk, hence EP is a better choice as it improves drops and actually works.

Yayyyy, Sweet guide you got there!

Thanks for the help. Pretty damn new to the forums and the whole sacred 2 universe. I play on a PS3 at the moment but hoping to get bootcamp up and running so I can play it on my Macbook pro lol.

Just a quick question. How many runes do you recommend in AG?

cheers

Then you need to take another skill before taking EP as it requires 5 points in a first "tier" skill to unlock EP.

How many runes did you eat for the combat arts: Nether Allegiance, Aug Guidon, Shadow Veil, and Skele Fort?

Can anyone give me the reason to take Mal. Champ. Focus? If you can mod AG with Tactics Lore, couldn't you just put an extra 4pts into that instead of 5? I know theres not much choice of another skill, though. Only Alchemy, Divine Devotion or Speed Lore would do anything...

But then you would have problem keeping the Combat Art levels high as without the Focus you need to "eat" tons of runes to advance one level.

"Malevolent Champion Focus:9 OR 75(depending on use)(recommended just 9 for the mods)"

Is what I'm referring to. There isn't any real reason to not use it so I've decided to put 75 into it. I don't really use AG that much, but I'm guessing I should. Atm (gone from level 14 to 50 in 6 hours) Silver Orcs go down to Skeletal Fortress, I don't even use Nether Allegiance. I just keep SF at ~ 26.0s regeneration so I can cast another once I exit the cave and reenter.

PS: Ofc, I have prioritised Shadow Veil, having it at lvl20+ asap (To get 80%+ Chance to stay invisible), iirc lvl25 gives you 100% with only 25% regen penalty.

So because Blacksmithing does not work on console, choose like riding or something? Or forget Enhanced Perception?

This is what I did

Skills:

Astral Lord Lore:75

Astral lord Focus:75

Concentration: 75

Tactics lore:9 (Lets you mod fully 1 Combat Art in Malevolent)

Riding:5

Enhanced Perception:75

Armor Lore:75

Duel Wield:1

Malevolent Champion Focus:75

Ancient Magic:75

Just wanted to post some thoughts on this kind of build. For skills selections I went in this order.

02: AL Focus

03: AL Lore

05: Concentration

08: Tactics Lore (or Armor Lore) *

12: Blacksmithing (Riding for Consoles)

18: Enhanced Perception

25: Armor Lore (or Tactics Lore)

35: Dual Wield (or Malevolent Champion Focus) **

50: Combat Discipline

65: Constitution

* Until you have points to spare (level 12-14+) all points will be maxing Focus/Lore. So you don't have points to spend on Tactics Lore to get modifiers. Armor Lore is a good choice to throw in here to help reduce armor constraints as your really high buffs is already going to give you massive combat art penalties. I did Tactics Lore first, but would probably do Armor Lore first if I did things over. At level 18, my regen penalties are red from armor - not that it matters my skellies do 99% of the slaughter anyways... but my Spectral Hand is on an 11s regen time.

** Malevolent Champion focus will let you get a higher level Reflecting Emanation. Dual wield gives you two weapons, but does DW give you more sockets than a 1h/shield? How much more? Enough to completely skip MCF?

As I mentioned above, until level 12 you won't have any "spare" skill points. So I don't pick up Blacksmithing until 12, and then Enhanced Perception at 18. This lets you build up your 5 points without detracting from focus/lore skills.

You want 9 points in Tactics Lore, not 5. So you can fully modify Augmenting Guidon and Rousing Command - mod them both for awesome party buffing and combo AG, RC, and Skeletal Fortification.

That said I really am curious about going Dual Wield or Malevolent Champion Focus. Anyone have good examples of why DW is better than sword and shield as far as sockets go?
