Methedrin's Scepter - does it drop on console?

This scepter looks pretty badass...but I have never seen one drop...do hey exist in the console version?

 

Is there any place I should be looking? (and area of the game where enemies are more likely to drop weapons?).

I think console versions are that one... I think it means yer gonna have to farm a good number of guardians to have one come up, or get lucky. I actually had one drop for me in Swamp in Ice and Blood... yer right, stats are interesting on it... that percentage intelligence is a beauty..it's a striking weapon though, I didn't have a a build for it at the time, so it sits still in my chest gathering dust.

That I am unsure of. I've never seen a "normal" weapon with that look, so I would say no based on that. As a matter of fact, I have only ever seen one of the uniques with an attribute +%, Hammer of Heroes, drop on console.

I think the legendaries were meant to have models that only they looked like, thus you wouldnt have seen anything like it unless you saw it.

I have several of the weapons on this list, so I don't see any reason the scepter wouldn't drop.

OK...that makes sense. But I've seen lots of Stradhal's look-alikes, but that's not saying much (about Stradhal's ).
