I don't think there are much, if any issues with copyrights. This flick was made as an advertisement - not for some cheese - but for the stuff the company itself can do. Note the director's name and the name of the "cheese" is one and the same... Yes, it could be a coincidence, but I think not. The product itself doesn't seem to exist anywhere else - except the video.

 

As such, the guy wants his name and his video out there in as many parts of the world as possible.
