I sign in and try to go on closed net, and cannot get into lobby. Waited as much as 15 minutes and nothing happens. Trying to get on US. Maybe I should try EU but have no idea how to get there. Have only played online one day so not too familiar with what is happening. Just a rookie as dumb as a stump I guess. Link to comment

Is the publisher for your version of game Deep Silver or CDV ? Deep Silver is the European one and CDV for the U.S. version. If you have Deep Silver one then you should be able to find us on-line (most of us are on EU servers). Most of us play on Closed.Net with HC (Hardcore) characters and typically our private servers have 'Dark" somewhere in title. Edited February 13, 2009 by Knuckles Link to comment

jimdingsdale 0 Posted February 13, 2009 Share Posted February 13, 2009 I would say it's the US version, bought online from Steam. Got into lobby on Open Net but would not connect to chat channel. Said error, but did not get to read the rest of the message as game crashed. Tried again on closed net and said error. Said something about a firewall. Link to comment

Also do you have any software like McAfee or Norton installed?
