    Played the beta for a bit, preordered & cancelled,

    then bought it again and refunded  again after release, twice ^^

     

    but, now that it's coming to game pass I might give it yet another chance ? :)

    (mine's still active till early 2026, I bought & converted loads of xbox live credits to ultimate in advance)

     

    PS: Last Epoch released this/last week on Feb 22,

     

    so starting with March I might end up playing both games, alternating between the two by turns

     

    I absolutely love Last Epoch so far regarding  character/skill system, and item/loot system also looks more interesting than in D4..

    overall, it's a lot more complex than D3/D4 at first glance, but a bit less confusing than PoE perhaps ? Might be the perfect mix, but not sure yet.

    The graphics/amience has changed & evolved significantly over time,

    combat / hit feedback is less "juicy" , so the effects often look great, but very often you can't see or feel the impact the way you do in Diablo games..

     

    but, overall, it's pretty good I'd say.

     

    Servers were hit pretty hard though, already over 200k concurrent players, but things were improving slowly over the last few days since launch.

    couldn't play on launch / day 1 and the day after

    (but no biggie, if it's just a few days, I can wait.. Im not gonna review bomb or downvote like many others do, unfortunately.. and it has full offline mode too btw.. )

     

    also, the last two days, I could log in online and play on EU servers without any issues, regardless of time of day, tried multiple times..

    no waiting queues or disconnects, no weired server related stuff happening ingame...

    (but not all issues are resolved yet, also depending from where / where you're trying to login to... it feels a bit like D3 start for some I guess, I remember I also couldn't play online for days/even first few weeks back then)

     

    €: Dang! sneaky Last Epoch Advertising in here.. well, nah..  it's a bit too obvious.

    but really, I intended to make this post solely about D4 - yet ended up babbling about something else.. my bad ;)

    We used to wear blazers as part of our uniform in Highschool.

    On Mondays - Boys: Formals, grey long pants, white shirt (long or short sleeve, I always wore short sleeve) school tie, brown "Grasshopper" shoes (a brand here in South Africa) and the school blazer.

    Tuesdays to Fridays in first and fourth term - Summers, khaki shorts and shirt, long school socks, brown grasshopper shoes, schools tie and blazer.

    And for certain days and events we had "Special summers". Khaki shorts, white shirt, school tie, long socks, brown grasshoppers, and the blazer.

     

    I liked the school uniform, it meant that everyone was dressed the same and kids were not judged on how much money their outfit cost..

    awesome!! My parents had uniforms growing up as well... british colonial sri lanka...yours' though sound especially distinct... who did all the ironing

    Seraphim on a Tiger is equivalent to a Seraphim with 40% bonus movement speed on foot. One of the slower class mounts, but still miles better than the Inquisitor.

    SPEED_CAST_MOUNTED and SPEED_WALK_MOUNTED are not present in any game versions blueprint.txt. I got them by looking at the dll files. You can create a bonus with the SPEED_WALK_MOUNTED spez and attach it to your mount in creatures.txt to increase your mount movement speed. Or you can give yourself the bonus through other means, like e.g. armor or a skill.

    I once knew the difference between BONUS_SPEED and BONUS_SPEED_LIMIT, ut I have forgotten. The latter one is e.g. what in_in_eifer uses (inquisitor's frenetic fervor).

    wooooow....this info is SO irresistibly interesting! Movement has a power of satisfying immediacy on our toons. I'm wondering if this info can be spread sheeted? would it look more uber awesome?

    oh nooooo Lindor, broken?  I was lucky to get through early years with no breaks, and everytime I see my Ammamma fall and get bruises or her knee hip incident which I had to get her to hospital for operation for , it always makes makes me nervous and worried for their return.  SEnding you some quality, home - made healing vibes with a touch of heart of Tamil, and some flakes of gogoblender power powder all conjured and cobbled together with a generous dollop of healing sauce... (limited edition, this ones white chocolate flavored :heart: )

    You would have better control turning the bacon with some good tongs that aren't too big and that grasp well. The way to cook sausage varies on the type. If they are breakfast sausage, then they are small, finger-sized rolls which can be cooked like the bacon in the oven. Larger sausages are good to go in the oven in a baking pan of appropriate size and covered/lined with foil at 127 C for about three hours if you like them tender, really juicy and thoroughly-cooked.  If you are in a hurry, cook them in the same foiled pan at 177 C for an hour. :agreed:

    Rommel, if the bacon is thinner, you might check on how it's doing at the recommended temperature after fifteen minutes. And, after flipping it, look at its progress in increments of five or less minutes. :thumbsup:

    Remember, your sense of smell will guide you. If you're in the kitchen anyway, just check every few minutes and flip it if necessary. Do you need an omelette recipe? :hooyaah:

    I got omelettes down pat! :superman: but bacon. its always been kinda tricky for me, we rarely eat it, and sausages as well... so i always have to check... ill show you the finished results  with the fam this sunday!

    Preheat oven to 400 F/ 204 C

    While preheating, place bacon on baking pan covered with foil to speed cleanup time.

    Place baking pan with thick bacon slices in the oven for 20 minutes. (set timer)

    Take out bacon and turn over and place back in the oven for another 8-10 minutes, watching to monitor its crispness

    If it is still not done crispy enough to your liking try just another few minutes, carefully monitoring for perfection.
