I've been finding a lot of rings with these effects. What do they actually do, I guess spell intensity just effects spell based CAs. But the rings with damage:Magic 6% etc. what do they actually do?

If finally clicked for me today reading the wiki and Llama's comment on it. I was confused about it for a long time. The shame of it is that a high elf really doesn't need a weapon lore at all, but in order to get Damage Lore you have to take Sword, or staff, or tactics. if it was a first pick skill it would be in all my HE builds You know I hadn't noticed that, never tried Damage Lore before. I guess I'll have to drop Spell Resistance and take Staff to get damage lore. Another thing why is the Inquisitor the only one that has Damage Lore as a primary skill? Just don't make sense to me.

Thanks locolagarto, that pretty much somes it up for me. I know how it works now. That's the thing with Sacred 2 you keep learning new things.

Now I'm confused....So I've taken Inferno mod on IS, so I don't need to take Damage Lore to get the DoT effect? But am I right in thinking that Damage Lore mastery will increase the damage of DoT effects given by Greek Fire/Inferno? Or am I still confused here.

Thanks Llama8, checked out the changes you've made on the Wiki. Well that clears up what I was thinking about Blazing Tempest. If I take Greek fire on Ancestral Firedball it still maybe worth it I guess.

Does Damage Lore also effect spell effects I.e. Blazing Tempest etc. As I was thinking of taking this with my Pyro HE.

No, I just did every quest I could find and took pleasure in luring crowds of enemies around me, then put on my Shadow Veil and let loose with Nether Alliegance and Skelly Fort every 10-11 seconds. It is like using a gatling gun and turns the area into a total slaughterhouse. Add in Mentor potions and rings/amulets that total + 23% to xp (including smithed to gear) and it soon adds up. Although I am going to just do the main quest from now on as I can no longer get any enemies except 'white' ones now. So I'll finish silver quick and move on to the next level. Well I guess that explains it. I generally don't use Mentor potions, probably the reason I'm only at level 48 in silver (after completing bronze).

You've reach mastery in silver? Did you go through bronze first?

I think the God skill is probably the most useless skill in the game. I've only used it accidently pressing G instead of the F key, that's about the only time I've used it.

This is the first time I've tried the TG and as character quest links are now broken since Ice and Blood I'm stuck. I've got to the point of escorting Tyboss out of the city, killed the first group of guards got past Clearview and killed second group of guards. But there isn't a pointer to the next part of the quest, so can someone tell where to go from here?

If you are taking Flaring Nova you may want to take Bronze - Impulse, Silver - Stun, Gold - Flux. Impulse will get you two expanding circles and with Stun you get two chances to stun your enemies. Also Flux is great mob killer.

Glad others have noticed this problem, guess I'm gonna have to get a little faster on the mouse.

Hold down left mouse while attacking and right click for CAs. Recently killed White Griffon no problem, just seems to be random perhaps?

Yes I have the expansion and space don't work for potions plus keyboard shorts for the CAs, and that can really take you by surprise.

Basically keyboard shortcuts for potions and changing CAs, I had to use the mouse to click on the potions and CAs as none of the keys would work. This is really wierd as afterwards they work normally. It's happend twice, but not against all bosses.

This has happened twice now when fighting bosses. The first with my Seraphim fighting undead legion general, basically lost all keyboard shortcuts! Caught me by surprise and I got killed. Noticed I've got keyboard shortcuts back when I respawned. Went back to kill him again, get his heath down 50% and he disappears, no quest complete. The second time it happened is with my Inquistor on main plot gambling den boss, same thing keyboard shortcuts don't work. This time I'm prepaired and kill him, keyboard shortcuts come back again! Has anyone else experienced this? Or is my computer cheating?

What mods did you use? And are you using any buffs? I found the Inquistor to be pretty slow with Duel Wield, although it maybe me as I'm used to Seraphim DW.

Nice one. I've never been a big fan of using lots of CAs/Buffs, may give this a go in the future.

I think when you have a lot of 'find unique items' socketed you really don't need much investment in EP anyways, my level is upto about 40% now. Does EP also increase chances of getting those Legendary items.

Well since my last post I've got another 3 set items dropped, so I guess it is just down to luck really. So I've decided it isn't any point in investing any more points in EP for this toon anyways.

Really, I thought it was neccesary to have EP to get Set/Unique items to drop. I guess you learn something new everyday.

Well I'm not planning on putting too many points into EP, as I want to hit mastery with some of my other skills first. But I guess if I want better loot I'm gonna have to invest in EP.
