I never saw anyplace where Anet said they were decreasing the quality of drops, BUT... what I did read was that they were changing drops so there was not such a gluttony of items on the Trading Post. Could this be what has befallen you?

AFAIK, Guesting is not operational yet. You would have to server transfer, at least long enough for the dungeon run. Are you OK with that? Yesterday I had to change server to do jumping puzzle with a friend. Overall I have changed servers between Vabbi and Gandara 4 times and they've all been free. Ok I finally got to see and Fight the Shadow Behemoth last night. I wasn't supposed to be online but I had woken up and couldn't get back to sleep so decided I needed to get back to Lion's Arch and get ready for the next day, rather then what I had done after my mat farming trip where I simply logged off. As I was running thru the swamp what to I see but this.... I just had to stop and help kill it. OMG such ossum items in that Chest. I actually got 3 pistols (lol I cant use at all) EDIT: and I took this one a few nights ago. It's the first time I have seen the Dragon. It is way far above me, and the longer it fought up there the more smoke filled the air.

Think I read somewhere that you have to wait 7 days before transferring again. But of course I could be wrong. And unfortunately guesting isn't available yet ; ;

Tis ok Max, you always run the risk of flakiness when using a pug. Sometimes you get lucky and find a forever friend, but those are few and far between. They really do an incredible amount of damage, its not fair that rangers can place their traps anywhere repeatedly, and I can only place one at a time with a cool down. And only my Mud can I choose where I want to place it ><. Also they were hitting me in one shot for 50% of my health, that is just insane. I h ad fun anyway.. its only a game, I care more about playing with my friends then I do dying.

I think it would have seemed more rewarding if we were level appropriate. Since the rewards were too low for us to use. Think I spent a total of about 35s in repairs, the last repair after the last boss cost me over 6s. As for picking up outsiders... yea NOT

Yea, the Peg Leg is just a stick you can either hit your Foe with or throw it at them. =(, plenty of sticks laying around on the ground you can use already.

I have a Nivida 460m on my laptop and I actually think the game is way more beautiful on that then on my PC with a 690.

Can that be right? Did I really earn 100K XP during a single WvW session? no you iddn't earn 100,000... remember the levels its 4/4 0-25 25-50 50-75 and 75-100 if you make a level you dont loose it. So you made your 25k... and considering we got 14k just for standing in the blue circle AFTER taking that keep... well we were on a roll

Stubbie.. have you updated ALL, and I mean all of your drivers? especially the gpu yet? I have a 6 core processor, and so far GW2 only uses one of the six and yes at times it is at 100% usage. I found it odd, but since the game plays I haven't worried about it.

I was 2.5k experience away from getting my monthly. I spent 3 1/2 hrs trying to get it, but the darn thing wouldn't move. so I did some research and this is what I found out. I'm soooo mad at myself I didn't stick around to get that last 2.5k... woulda been only like 1 event. Experience Survivor - Only mostly unkillable: Progress on Experience Survivor is reset whenever the player disconnects, teleports to a new zone, or dies (downed does not count as death, but does stop the counter for the survivor title)
