  1. I checked out the new Similar and I think it's nice to see him use a bunch of combat arts to deal with his enemies although this means that he will use his normal attacks less, which means less Life Leech attacks using a Life Leech weapon. By the way, I'm curious if it is no longer possible for the Similar to use the Life Leech effect to deal with bosses? Because from what I could see from using the Similar with a Life Leech shuriken, there was no indication of leeched life. Is the Inquisitor no longer able to deal with bosses using the Similar/Doppelganger then?
  2. I was aware of how the doppelganger acted strangely, but I didn't know that he was coded in a weird way. Thanks for the update! I'll give it a try when I get the chance.
  3. I think the doppelganger (was it called Essence Projection in the Addendum?) is less likely to attack its opponents than it used to do in CM patch 160, but I'm not too sure since this is all based on few instances of using it. Still, I like how Clustering Maelstrom and Raving Thrust can no longer harm friendly NPCs.
  4. But I'm playing Single Player on Silver difficulty after having created a new character, so I'm not so sure what's going on. Edit: I just checked the portals with one of my pre-Addendum characters (also in Silver), and they are displayed ok somehow. I wonder what the problem with my Addendum character is... Edit 2: I think I may know how the problem was caused. My Inquisitor was one of the characters that got kicked out of the game when the game crashed due to missing combat arts. After restarting the game, I assumed that this Inquisitor would be ok to play with, but it seems I may have been wrong. Still, I suppose it's no big deal.
  5. Is this intentional? I mean, that message is displayed for every portal, so I thought it was kind of weird even though I have no problem using portals or resurrection obelisks.
  6. At first, I thought the fight was taking longer than your other videos, but then you eventually nailed that boss in no time at all! Impressive...
  7. Thank you for the hotfix. I'll give the Addendum a try again. Edit: I've just given the Addendum a try and it seems to be working really well now. Thank you for the quick response, dimitrius154! Edit 2: Is Agility the same as Dexterity in the Addendum? I think it is, but I'm not completely sure, so...
  8. Can I just unzip the Addendum to Sacred base folder and unzip the Trimmed Elite Textures to pak folder? I have done just that, and I think the Addendum has been installed, but whenever I open the combat art screen using "E" button, and then try to mod a combat art, it crashes. What's weird is that when I press "E," no combat art icon is visible in the screen. Could you look into this matter? Or is there something that I'm doing wrong?
  9. I see... Still, I must say that I underestimated the power of Raging Nimbus until quite some time ago. I had once thought that it wouldn't do too much damage, and had put off modding it until later. As a result, I was used to just using Glacial Thorns for everything, like you do in your boss battle video. While Glacial Thorns is strong enough to deal with bosses and mobs alike, I must say that I like the power of Raging Nimbus and that I am now aware of the Area of Effect capability of the Ice Elves.
  10. Ah, I see. Thank you for the advice. I think my Ice elf will be more enjoyable now that I know about modding Raging Nimbus first.
  11. I have a question: Should I mod Raging Nimbus to Gold mod after modding Glacial Thorns to Silver? Or should I just mod Glacial Thorns all the way first and then mod Raging Nimbus or Crystal Skin? I see how you mention that Fusillade should be taken later, but I'm not sure what to mod after Devastation...
  12. Is it just me, or does the update file to 1.60 have a password on it? Because it seems like a password's required to unzip the file...
  13. Yes, apparently it was my Internet problem... I downloaded the patch again but the modified dates seem to be unchanged...
  14. OK, I'll try that out and let you know. Edit: That's weird. The download link's not working right now... I guess I'll have to wait a bit and try later.
  15. Ah, I see. I've installed the patch using GME, and the dates are: s2render.dll - 4 October 2017, 8:04:12 a.m. s2logic.dll - 3 October 2017, 8:08:39 a.m. s2core.dll - 1 October 2017, 9:20:23 a.m.
  16. Do you mean Sacred 2 Gold folder? I am not sure what you mean by "game 'system' folder," but in case of Sacred 2 Gold folder, it says it's been modified on 1st January, 2017. Edit: s2core.dll - 1 October 2017, 9:20:23 am s2logic.dll - 3 October 2017, 8:08:39 am s2render.dll - 4 October 2017, 8:04:12 am
  17. Could you tell me where they are located? I'll check right away.

  19. Where can I find such logs? I did a google search, but I'm not sure where they are located... 20. No, vanilla and 1.50 work while 1.60 doesn't... I could patch the game to 1.60 but it has the same problem as before, which is "Sacred 2 - Game Server has stopped working."
  21. Yes, I hope there's a way to fix this problem, as well... Edit: older faulty dll's? What do you mean...? By the way, I tried reinstalling Sacred 2 Gold but it didn't work somehow. I guess I should've done a cleaner install...
  22. No, not really... I don't have other mods active. I also put compatibility options on the game's .exe file, as is shown in the first post. My other computer could run the patch with no problem, so I'm not sure what's wrong with this one. Good thing I won't be using this computer for long... Edit: I'm using Steam version, by the way.
  23. My Win7 is 64-bit. I'll try your advice and then report back! Edit: Nope, it still doesn't work somehow...
