  1. The only way I could see the difficulty of a quest changing is if the character is below the minimum level for the difficulty and area. Though I'm sure someone would of noticed it by now. I have a feeling that the difficulty rating of quests is hard-coded.
  2. Fixed broken links on the character and combat page. Added a link on the console page to link to the experience table. One question, I noticed some quest use an image of stars for the difficulty and others just have it written out. Would it be better if they all used the same format for this section?
  3. Done, brought the info together and left the original page links at the bottom http://www.sacredwiki.org/index.php5/Sacred_2:Console_Information
  4. Yeah, I think it'd be best considering the Xbox page has all the info and PS3 has a couple sentences restating things
  5. Any objections to merging the 2 console pages together as one? Seems kind of redundant to have seperate pages for PS3 and Xbox360 when the information is the same.
  6. Some bugs - Illegal characters such as (!@#$%^&*) in any part of the file name throws an exception error - If you use the double increase arrow in custom size to expand the cropping mask beyond the image then hit "Set Size" with any size selected, the cropping mask disappears.
  7. Well I'm back after a long while, decided to test your cool new program and already found a repeatable bug. - Using "Set Size" without actually selecting a size gives an unhandled exception error. Will continue looking for more
  8. The town guards only turn to enemies after you talk with the baron, however they were being killed as soon as I walked past the guardhouse on the bridge.
  9. So I got to the Attack of the Fortress quest in the chain dealing with the Unholy Crusaders. When I talked to the NPC to get them to follow me to town, their health bars turned to red (like enemies), but showed as blue arrows on the map. The entire way to town they constantly attacked my co-op partner, upon arriving they ran around town killing everyone. The only way I was able to solve the problem was to finish the chain quest.
  10. Nope, its the one where you helping to get rid of the Thraconians.
  11. Found a chain quest in Artamark (probably misspelled that) that appeared to be longer then the Undead Legion chain quest.
  12. So after my long absence from Dark Matters and the program due to a ton of work in college. I've finally started working on this again. I'm reworking the program from my first attempt to cut down on clutter and making an easier to use interface that wont hog alot of space.
  13. Updated the side quests list for Chapters 1, 3, 4, and 5 so far. The quest names Ive added might be part of a chain quest, as the console version doesnt seperate them like the PC version does so I have no way of knowing. Chapter 3 still needs to be sorted alphabetically and Chapter 1 columns need fixed and a few chain quests removed, which I can take care of tommorrow. *Fixed Chapter 3, sort of fixed Chapter 1 (still a few chain quest in there that appear to have guides written for them, but not formatted like the other chain quests)
  14. The Halfling's Gem by R. A. Salvatore
  15. As soon as I got to Chapter 10, I started going back through the areas to map and do quests, so I can compare my quests against the ones you've listed to check for missing ones. I've completely mapped the jungle and swamp so I can add quests links for those. (Found one bugged quest, atleast for me it was. the one where you go into the cave to collect Olm eggs).
  16. So I was walking around uncovering the map in the jungle when I came across a switch in one of the small temples. It said that something wonderful has been unlocked and it started chanting the Blind Guardian "Sacred" song. Was wondering what the switch opened.
  17. Agreed 100%, 3d modeling and animation are extremely fun, guess thats why I chose it as a career.
  18. Tried Blender, never could get in to it. Maya just has so many more capabilities that Blender lacks in.
  19. I know of the quest you're talking about, could of sworn I wrote that one up awhile ago, but I don't see it on the wiki either.
  20. Added a way around the trading block for offline co-op on the consoles, thanks to a member over at TeamXbox
  21. @ ZGold - Any information gathered would be of great use. @JaguarGel - When I get some spare time, I'd like to compare notes
  22. Welcome back How's the character planner project going? Until research is done to figure out how attribute changes effect stats and how CA leveling/mods effect CA dmg, the project won't go much further.
  23. I'm back, after a very very long time. Been extremely busy in rl. Its overwhelming to see the sheer amount of work thats been done in the time Ive been gone
  24. My son gets back from Japenese camp next week-end. I will see if I can get him to play the PS3 version we have so that I can verify some of the differences. I'm debating on how to go about documenting the differences, as it needs to stand out or it'd be lost in the infromation of the page. I'm thinking either a seperate section at the bottom of those pages, or maybe a page dedicated just to the console on a certain subject if the content varies greatly.
