I was just wondering if one of my chars has a level 10 barganing and im playing on a different one woud the character without the barganing still get the benefits?

So I have my seraphim with level 10 barganing and from what ive heard so far that would help other characters. I really need clarification, so if I have another character would he get the same bounouses as my seraphim?

Umm well I can confirm that Xbox 360 users have been able to trade with local co-op partners for a while now so thats nothing new to us but the best of my knowledge blacksmithing doesnt work yet even though I haven't really tried. Out last update was a few weeks ago but we were able to trade localy before that so congrats on the update Playstation users

No im not putting on anything that alters my regeneration time its just going down and then randomly ill go into my attributes page and it will be back up to normal and its really making me kinda angry but it's not anything super serious I can still survive to the best of my abilities.

I really can't understand the reason why but ill go into a game with my dryad and my regeneration time in attributes will be at 39.7 a sec but after I kill an enemy it will go back down to .7 a sec I dont know if its just making the first two numbers look like there not there or it's really putting my time down but if anybody else has any hints or ideas it would be nice to hear them.
