Ravaged impact gold mod

OK, ive started a melee dryad focusing on dual wielding daggers with disregard armour and was wondering if any of the gold mods for ravaged impact were workin for a melee dryad. Ive read that the double shot doesnt work, so I was wondering does the Blast mod (Explosion one) work for melee at all and if so does it work well?

 

Also, can you find chance to disregard armour on rings or anything other than weapons because if so I may have to make a toon to do some shopping for me.
