XB360 - Fist Weapon and Armor

On my random adventures, came back to a chest to put away all my runes only to find a Fist weapon and some headgear, one is a neckwarmer/face mask type deal and the other a bandana. They look kinda sweet but the Regen Penalty is damn high, the price to pay for looking good?

 

Ive seen pics of Fist Weapons before but never a bandana, Ive tried of a few character classes and looks like they are unequipable(Red Item) by all which is abit annoying. They are only level 4 because its a Reroll char I 'found' them on, still red item for all classes and levels I tried.

 

Didnt wanna have to go through the rig of plugging the Xbox into the PC for a proper screenshot so just took a temporary Camera Shot of the items.

Fist weapons, ive never seen one of those :S there isnt even a skill for it

I saw this as a post in a Team Xbox topic. I think it's just items that the devs haven't put into play yet.
