I need to a shopper and I was thinking of taking these skills

Tactics Lore

Dual Wield

Exalted Warrior Focus

Enhanced Perception

Bargaining

Celestial Magic Focus

Celestial Magic Lore

Concentration

Constitution

 

Also would this build be able to survive on plat/niob...

Definitely take a look at one of the most popular builds for this game. It's a seraphim, is a shopper, is VERY viable, and is written up by Antitrust:

As in antitrust's build I would definitely find a room (like taking only celestial focus) for toughness. It is a very important skill.

Anti's build is one of the best.

 

you could also consider using a shield, if you're not going down that road.

 

-rev tech focus

-Warding energy

 

That would mean leaving out the Celestial side of the build. You'd have a more Melee shopper build.
