SolomonGrundy 1
So I'm trying to map skills for various characters, and on the defensive side of the ball I know I have to take Armor Lore, and Constitution to survive in Niob (or platinum for that matter) ANYWAY, I was looking at the descriptions and mastery for both TOUGHNESS SPELL RESISTANCE Is it just me or does spell resistance give you "more?" Or does spell intensity outpace spell resistance? Or is there something else I'm not seeing (like enemy CAs not being considered *spells*... Feedback? Link to comment
Zonc1 0
Toghness all the way. It gives resistance against everything while Spell Res only against combat arts. Link to comment
Dobri 55
Toughness, of course. This skill, boosted by some equip can turn your char into a demi-god Link to comment
Barristan 14
Heya, I would have to vouch for Toughness There is also a guide by Soldats on the skill. Greetz Link to comment
Dobri 55
And I can easily provide the FDM with a guide how to become a demi-god with each char based on those findings... Link to comment
chattius 2,531
None of both if you are highelf. Can't do toughness anyway and you have expulse magic, crystal skin mirror and other options to fight enemy Combat Arts. None of my characters have toughness or spell-resistance. But that is just normal, giving that the 9 month I play sacred2 I spend 8 with melee elves and 1 with a dryads. The 5 other classes I will play till sacred3 is hopefully out in 3 years Link to comment
ophelierlz 0
I think spell resistance. Example that red one speel (red circle on flat) from mechanical guardians have very big damage. With spell resistance it will decrease it on low value. Link to comment
Zonc1 0
These fire traps are easy to run around if player pays attention when playing. Link to comment
