is it going to affect non expansion players?

 

I can't imagine the game being able to run on two different patch versions regardless of whether or not a user is running the experience or core game.

 

this came up in a conversation with another vent mate....

The addon patch all your toons to 2.64

You can't go back to 2.43

 

You can only use one version on your pc

so the reduction to all skills, db, jewelry and 200 rune cap doesn't affect non experience users? because since we don't know if na is going to get an experience release, we'll be stuck at 2.43....right?

No, any changes in the expansion only affect people who's bought the expansion.

 

Edit: So yes, if you've not bought the expansion (regardless of whether it's avaliable for your region) you'll be "stuck" in 2.43.
