im building a ice.lightning build wondered if anyone hads any input

any idea's skills ishoudl switch up, ive currently built it up

You might want to drop EP or Bargaining. With both of those in place you will not have very much damage mitigation for the higher levels. You will start out strong but when you make your way into plat/noib you are going to see a difference in the damage levels you are taking. You might want to put in Constitution or Toughness instead due to the defense needed. Otherwise your build looks solid.

Swap magic staffs for Constitution(you get a lot of HP & HP regen from this one as it adds to your HP regen from GI) and Enhanced Perception for Concentration(to have both Crystal Skin & Grand Invogaration(GI) running)

Staff lore is even for staff using melee elves a waste. Since you probably fight ranged: constitution.

If you wouldn't have combat discipline already I would change it to concentration if you want a finder/shopper utility character. But both buffs are to valuable to be ignored, so concentration is a must have. Luckily you need only 1 point in it.

I would put each third attribute point in vitality
