Jolting touch voltage mod?

can anyone confirm for sure that the voltage mod on jolting touch does work? (or doesn't)

I thought it was the other mod (the healing one) that was bugged on xbox only and healed enemies? Don't think there's anything wrong with voltage but I'm not sure.

no problem ryan.. any annoyance was not at you persay but just worried that I'll screw up my character after building to level 37!

I e-mailed vaclaf in SIF so I should get an answer eventually and I will update this post. Vaclaf is an expert at Temple Guardian and especially lost fusion.

I have not seen any posts about voltage not working on the PC version. If something works correctly on Xbox, it is generally safe to assume that it works correctly on PC since PCs have later patches. I think he recommends the healing mod in his guide.
