East of the Bluestone Lake

What areas do the lands east of the Bluestone Lake count as in respect to maximum monster levels?

 

I presume Libis' Pratfall is considered part of the Swamps, but what of Daloriel the Depraved's T-Energy marshes? They are easily accessible from Tyr-Lysia, but are they still considered part of this (IE. Max-level 35 on Silver) or do they belong to a higher level area?

Heya Faith. Libi's Pratfall is actually part of Tyr-Lysia as well as the T-Energy marshes. The mutants there in regards to level scaling are a bit of an anomaly though.
