Ok so how do I tell the differance? Yellow and Orange name doesn't seem to have much of a differance on my screen.

Well, legendaries are so rare that they are almost impossible to find, so when you find a item that you think is legendary it is probably not one.

 

And I don't think they can drop from normal enemies, only bosses(Nameless Guardians & Dragons) are the only one I have heard have dropped one.

ok that helps explain. Champions = Unique, Bosses & Dragons = Legendary. Got it. I'll make that rule #3.

 

Just to keep it all straight, Rules to live by:

#1 If its Purple = Run

#2 If you get that ohh crap feeling = Run

#3 Champions = Unique, Bosses & Dragons = Legendary

 

I'm making my list after running with Schot a bit lately I'm learning.

Good rules to go by, but later on the purple aura doesn't mean anything as your char is fully capable of dealing with them.

 

But early on it's run like hell if you see it

Yesterday as Schot was schooling me on how to take bosses to within an Inch of there life and stop, giving them a short reprieve from eternal banishment to the underworld, so I may bring my level 16 seraphim to the battle field to watch him finish his executions in a very evil, single slap to the head.

 

We found this Legendary off a drop from the GarColosus.

I finally found something nice to were to the party.......... and no character to were it! Guess I gotta build a 2 handed...........hmmm, I'll think about that one. maybe a 2 handed Seraphim
