Isn't that the class quest weapon for the Dragon Mage? I could be very wrong but I would expect that to only be in Ice and Blood unless it was in consoles already...

Yah, it is the class quest reward for the Dragon Mage, but it's been in the game since the beginning which means that everyone can find it and use it.

Yep, actually looked in my hero chest after posting this and found out I had a level 33 Shadow Weaver already Still want to trade for higher level versions though.
