Barristan 14 Posted September 26, 2010 Share Posted September 26, 2010 Heya, not sure what you mean by legal... or the editor itself. Never seen it, not interested either, tho that is personal ofc. Tho 'legal' will probably mean usable on Open Net and Single Player. Closed Net does not allow for many if ANY changes. The only one I used were alternate AV and Healthbars. I assume that if it is only there in German, that you would need a basic understanding of German. If you post the words/sentences I would be happy to try and translate them for you.
