Modification help

Can any one tell me what it exatly means by

 

per CA level;

Decreases

Increase

chance

increased chance

reduction on buffs

healing

evade

reduced chance

dampering

etc

im curiouse, thank you.

It seems that you're confused on some of the terminology used in the game. This link would be a good place to start:

As for the ones you listed:

 

Per CA level = Per Combat Art Level. Each Combat Art can increase in level to become more powerful, but will take more time before it can be used again (after using it).

Decreases = Something goes down in value.

Increase = Something goes up in value.

chance = Probability, such as there is a 50% chance of something occurring (such as blocking the attack).

increased chance = An increase in your chance of doing whatever action.

reduced chance = A decrease in your chance of doing whatever action.

reduction on buffs = This is probably referring to the penalty for using Buffs. When you have a buff (permanent ability) active, all of your Combat Arts will require more time before you can use them again (after using them). This penalty can be reduced.

healing = Healing is when you restore Hit Points (Life).

evade = Dodging an attack.

dampering = I believe you're looking for "Dampening" here. It means to reduce something, usually damage taken in this context.
