Insidious - Horror Movie

Have any of you guys seen this yet? wow. Talk about fantastic technique. I haven't seen a real old school horror movie like this in years, something that had perfect sound, images and tone. This isn't a hack n'slash, it's what I would call a re-take on the poltergeist/spirit genre...but wow, have these guys ever put this out of the park. It's just too bad that the acting is so bad....in fact, I found that when the actors were talking I was getting to be annoyed, but still, the storyline was so interesting, I was quick to forgive. The first half of the movie is just too good, and, of course, it's always going to be the ending (because everything's gotta have one eh?)that'll be the weakest part.

 

Still, what a ride!

I hadn't heard of this one. Is it still on the big screen or can you get it on dvd yet ?

 

If it's on dvd then I may give it a go.
