Nothing official sorry, a few people have tried to set them up to facilitate item trading and the like, but there has never really been any sort of interest. A search on the sight with the term irc doesn't appear to give any results, but if you use mirc it should give you a few (I'd link you but searching doesn't appear to generate a static link).

Hi namad. As posted by the others, a few times there were some chats that went live, but nothing that's lasted too long. I actually think there's an irc that the German community is using, I've been there a few times myself, everyone is pretty friendly, speaks English, and it was or still is filled with old-school community from the German side of this game. Been there a few times myself whenever I wanted to hook up with some of their members, and always had a good time.
