Carpal tunnel syndrome did occur 2+ decades later and had its origin in the injury. As soon as trackballs were invented I started using them and not a mouse.

 

How does it feel to play games with that condition? Got any suggestions on making controls more accessible for handicapped people? Unbended could use your insight to make much more friendly controls:
