Lovin my new toy!

Well I finally gave in and went shopping for a scanner and decided to buy a print/scan combo. I looove this new scanning ability. I've got all sorts of old drawings and doodles that I'll be able to scan and spruce up in photoshop. Plus it will be a lot easier to make designs now I think. Photoshop is an awesome tool but it doesn't match the design control you have with freehand drawing by any means.

 

Here's a couple of veeery old pen and pencil doodles of mine that I plan to touch up using photoshop.

 

 

 

Whats really cool is that the scanner has such precision that it gives me these blown up versions. The originals are about 1/4 the size seen above. Cool huh!

wow veeery nice Schot!! It's great when you can get control of what you are scanning....and I love the blood, sweat n tears that show too on yer scans... or is it all some of Canada's finest beer
