I've been trying to change Woodelves Hard Hit with any of her offensive spells via the Sacred Character Modifier (Build 15) but that is buggy as hell and unlocks a plethora of other skills (if not all) for some reason. Why? Because having an unrelated ability to my build triggers my roleplay OCD. 1

I am referring to the Combat Arts. Like the Wood Elf starts with Hard Hit, which I want to remove/change. 1

You can use the char modifier, but instead of just adding and subtracting (like -1 Hard Hit, +1 COTA), you first have to add to _every_ CA and after that then modify to your hearts content.
