Critical Damage Question

I know this is kind of a waste for a whole topic, but I haven't been able to find a clear answer to this question anywhere:

 

Based on what I read about Sacred 1, critical hits in that game have the potential to do anywhere between double to quadruple damage. Does this apply to Sacred 2 as well, or is the maximum potential for a critical hit in Sacred 2 only double damage?

Yup it's just like S1 you have a chance to do 2x, 3x or 4x damage

It's a great mod, very powerful as long as base damage is decent to balance out the crit multiplier.
