The way to cook sausage varies on the type. If they are breakfast sausage, then they are small, finger-sized rolls which can be cooked like the bacon in the oven. Larger sausages are good to go in the oven in a baking pan of appropriate size and covered/lined with foil at 127 C for about three hours if you like them tender, really juicy and thoroughly-cooked. If you are in a hurry, cook them in the same foiled pan at 177 C for an hour.
