  1. Gooood morning Lindor! Was just looking at your new spread sheet, its E P I C I was looking at it with Schot we remember when we were finding table codes for the Wiki, they were sometimes not quite what we wanted but we were able to find some great table solutions ad the tables can be beautful We read your notes..how did the import of information from DarkMatters go, was the database able to complete your requests to save or were there any times that you noticed saves or edits were taking a while to execute? The Wiki uses a level of *engine use* that we keep mostly set for low level activity, but well consider increases our engine size if you feel that you're unable to save edits in a timely manner, or is there a type of functionality, search or cron job that was now working well that we could look at improving? Thanks for really digging into this modding module you're making for new modders... youre thoughtful, generous and organized... you'll have loads of mini sacredites running around here in no time! gogo
  2. We've hit into the winter doldrums... leftover ice from a meltoff after the snow storm, gotta wear crampons and caps, mits, and good shells to keep out the wind.. and above all... flee the Shade! gogo
  3. Halloooo Gang! We're currently looking at updates for SacredWiki and are working with our hosters to ensure that everything is perfect. We're taken SacredWiki off line as we work on this, but we hope to have it back and up running quickly. Thanks everyone bearing with us through this! gogo
  4. I was thinking about your questions re filtering... Yah the wiki can do tables but I dont remember it ever being able to do filtering..its funny cuz with most spread sheets that I use at work, you absolutely need filtering to be able to drill down quickly. Its still always a pleasure to see people enjoying this game Lindor, almost 20 years later, and finding satisfaction in documenting what could have been the greatest game EVER... gogo
  5. And...heres the weather report! Super snowy outside, lots of ice, slush and rivers..if yo u can stay in.. but i have an Ammamma aaaaaaaaaaaand...she deserves a warm Saturday afternoon lunch visit... so wrapped up well, and trudged up that hill in the Plateau Montreal where she lives... what a delightful afternoon... I LOVE the way her face looks when she sees me open up freshly-made melt in your mouth egg sandwiches and... lay a layer of crispy chips on top, and then... take her hands and have it press down to hear it crackle...her face bursts into the biggest smile and we love to giggle loudly together.. like were naughty kids doing bad stuff... shes an old school french pastry chef...so she know when were being naughty!
  6. lol... so ... cool...that you can say that... snow and ice is rare... I can understand how that can present challenges... no snow tires? And its like ice on top of ice... very dangerous and more so because the conditions which bring it on are rare gogo

  8. Hit the local eatery down the street before setting out for dinner with Ammamma... boy our little resto family is just the best!... after i made a small comment that the container of beautifully cooked chicken looked mouth-watering, she insisted on giving me some chicken and rice before she got the Pad Thai cooked up... and then sent me on my way with two lucky Chinese New Year Oranges AND a rice pudding... deeeeeeeeeeeelight
