Both Mom and I play Bite fight. It's a simple browser game and it is done in real time, so if you "go on a hunt" for 2 hours it will take 2 hours till you can do anything else in the game. Bight fight is more of a game to do as you do other things.

I did play it for a little while it is kind of like a midevil Ogame (which I have just started playing) where you set up a "castle" and "village" and upgrade buildings and resources and raid other villages. Unfortunately once I logged out I could not get back in. It was fun while I was in but since I haven't been back (and haven't even tried to) I haven't missed it. But As Mom says I do have my Ogame and now I have this Bite Fight

Today's gaming family.
Lord of the North replied to gogoblender's topic in The Daily Grind: Real life right here!
The other game Mom and I have played networked with our eldest was Quake 3 and it was a frag fest (with eldest being the big receiver of incoming ammo). Mom also collects monopoly games and we do pull them out to play to. mom's sister and her hubby gave us a Wii for Christmas and we all enjoy getting in a round or two of golf or a few frames of bowling on it but some of the other games do give you a workout. As it turns out a week from this Sunday will be our next D&D adventure and we have gone back to play second edition with a few house rules added. I am the DM (Dungeon Master) and I can get very creative with the magic items and new monsters from deep in the dark corners of my mind. If anyone would like me to start a D&D thread to list some of these items or to post some of their own creations for D&D just let me know. Could even try a version of an old school D&D game where you played via mail, but could do it via a thread and pm's. -

Nope, but I like to throw Mom a curve every once in a while by acting a little grown up. -

Actually I post for the same basic reason as Mom. The chance to "talk" with other adults and to have a little fun. And to say "Hi, I'm Mom's hubby!" -

Well Mom its was bound to happen sooner or later. All that hitting on the head send Lord back to his Childhood. You should now revers the process do some spanking on the behind to send Lord back to his old age. She hasn't hiwt me once, I'm awaze wike dis. -
Well I do know that you can tell the difference in sound depending on the speakers. I just did a small upgrade myself of sorts, I had been using ear buds but have found an inexpensive pair of wireless head phones ($18.99) and I have noticed a big difference. First is when I lean back they don't come unplugged form my computer, second is the range, I can walk all the way to the other end of the house and still get good sound. Now I can cook dinner or get a drink and still hear what's going on in a game or listen to music.

How to saddle a Hell Hound?
Lord of the North replied to Schot's topic in Sacred 2 General Discussion
Mom says he took a lesson from the seraphim and uses double stick tape, velcro, or crazy glue like she does to keep her outfit on. -
How to saddle a Hell Hound?
Lord of the North replied to Schot's topic in Sacred 2 General Discussion
I think with the body structure of the beast that the saddle would be complex. When I first saw it it reminded me of the hump on a dromedary or single hump camel. so I would get some inspiration from the movie Lawrence of Arabia. -
