Regarding Steam copy

Hi, first post and sorry if its already answered somewhere but I couldnt find it.

 

I just bought the steam version cause I couldnt find a retail copy near by where I live here in Portugal. I just tried to login on multiplayer when I chose to create an account first I noticed the IP was set to US.ascaronserver something and I couldnt change it to europe so was wondering if this only happens on steam version cause it might be the US version ? dont know need some enlightment.

 

 

EDIT: Or maybe I couldnt get to connect to european servers?

Thanks knuckles it worked, now I can see alot of servers dont get me wrong on USA I cant not see half of the servers I get on EU.

This actually brings a ton of value to the steam version

Yes, the American servers are quieter, we're lucky to have super friendly peeps and good, smallish but comfy server population in EU.
