Books in S2

I have ate a couple of the books but I dont know what they are used for. Do they help with certain skills? I ate a books called book 2 dryad cook book (idk) something like that?

Books are there just for some additional info and depth to the game....If you read 33 different ones you'll get the title 'Bookworm', but other than that they don't give you anything

Is there a way to actually read the books on 360? In the instruction manual it clearly shows you a page from the inventory just for books but I've never seen it. Is it just on pc you can read books or you can on consoles too? I have got the achievement for 'reading' 33 books but all I did is click use! I'd love ot actually know what they're all about as they're bound to be funny like all the game is! I've not got Xbox Live so not sure if a patch has sorted this out.

After You Read It, Go To The Menu, And Scroll Around In Overview Or Inventory, YOu WIll FInd A Section Called Books.

 

There, You Can Read Em.

actualy its in quest log, and just thumbstick over and you will find all the books
