Skill Point total 906 or 911?

Sacredwiki shows 906, but when adding up the total from levels 50 thru 200 it only counts 150 levels. Shouldn't this be 151 Since you do get 5 points right at level 50 all the way thru level 200?

 

I'm making a personal excel skill tracker and when adding up my points at level 200 I always come up with 911 spent.

 

Please correct me if im wrong.

I just did the math, counted every point just to double check, and here is the break down

 

level 2 - level 4 = 3 lvls x 1 point = 3 points

level 5 - level 11 = 7 Lvls x 2 points = 14 points

level 12 - level 24 = 13 Lvls x 3 points = 39 Points

level 25 - level 49 = 25 Lvls x 4 points = 100 points

level 50 - level 200 = 151 Lvls x 5 Points = 755 Points

 

Total # of points from leveling up = 911

 

Total starting points of 10 skills = 1 point per skill = 10 points

 

Total acquired skill points For a level 200 Character = 921 points

 

Although I might be wrong the math all works

But you don't 'get' those 10 points, you get them from picking skills. You can only add 911 points, if you only take 5 skills, you still only get to add 911 points, not 916

Correct, But if you total your skill points up at 200 assuming you choose 10 skills you will have 921 total,

 

It would be the difference of 102 points in 9 skills and 3 points in the 10th (lets say ranged for a seraphim)

 

or 101 in those 9 skills and 2 points in the last, I know its only 1 point but planning out your char in the beginning it could be the total difference in

It's a very notable point since you will earn those 10 points by level 60. Great info for the wiki page. Excellent question and answer guys.

Schot: By level 65, you don't get the 10th skill until then.

 

As stated on the page, it's only 911, however adding that you get 1 free point in each skill you pick would be a good idea. it means you have 921 points to work with, however only 911 points to assign. It's semantics, but I suppose the clarification is a good idea.
