BlahYourHamster 0
Getting annoyed with all the NPC's that keep following me! Is there a way I can "abandon" a quest?, like in Guild Wars? Or do I have to suck it up and complete all the quests? Link to comment

I don't think there's an abandon button in the questlog, but you simply abandon it by "not" doing it You don't HAVE to do a quest after you accepted it... cheers! Chareos Rantras Link to comment
Dragon Brother 619
you could always try to get them killed...unless they are those invincible respawnin ones. If you try to kill them note that using health potions heals allies, at least it does on PC and im assuming it does on consoles so you cant heal urself with potions Link to comment

Or do I have to suck it up and complete all the quests? If you let the character get killed you will "fail" the quest and it will be no longer active. I hate WEAK npcs that follow you around and run right into the heat of battle all the time. It's SO annoying. Link to comment

YurikoSan 1
Willpower... I am a completionist and these moronic npcs keep getting killed for no good reason, leaving me with failed quests! How dare they... Wish I could turn evil and kill them myself. Link to comment
JaguarGal 0
It's true-especially the stupid one right outside the High Elf Outpost near Thylisium; half the time my computer lags too badly and I can't even get the stupid mugger on the screen before the girl dies .-_.- @Jamie: That's cause I never gave it ;3 Link to comment

Never COmpleted That Quest. @Jaggy: Well, Can I Get it? LOL yes THAT quest! I finally pulled it off with my High Elf... I had both the girl and the brother of the "unexpected news" quest following me, and they both made it to the capital with literally 0.01% health. Phew Link to comment

If it is I feel your pain! It was a long journey and I ended up restarting the quest several times (had to go to dashboard without saving on 360). I ended up starting a glitch by running all the way to Thylisium and he ended up getting left behind and my two skeleton warriors. I could still complete the quest but it completely messed up the Orpheus quest because I couldn't escort the girl to her husband. Luckily by switching completely off again the problem disappeared so I can only blame myself for rushing to the destination. Oh and that damn stupid idiot for attracting so many toxic elementals haha! Link to comment
