Uber Tyson 0
Hi, Somehow I have managed to get 2 people following me and I have no clue what quests they are from and I have loads of quests activated. I've tried reading the quests and I can't seem to find which would require me taking someone anywhere. Talking to them obviously no use too. Any ideas:) They are annoying but I'd rather not just let them die cus I'd like to complete the quests Cheers Link to comment

I know this is a pretty heavy source of frustration for most peeps, but maybe someone will come along who'll have a trick you can use. Until then...get to know your new quest friends gogo Link to comment

raezalj 0
I wonder how many followers I can get if I just go around and start picking as many escort quests as I can... Link to comment
Sunfire 0
I wonder how many followers I can get if I just go around and start picking as many escort quests as I can... I can recall, at the very least, I've had 11 of accompanying chars with me at one time, 2 of them ran away from trouble, but the remaining fought. Would be neat to gather a mob, and just pack them around as distractions. But, in thinking , they would most likely, be in your friggin way in tight spots. Link to comment

gogoblender 3,072
When you have that many hirelings, do bosses find it hard to get to you? Could a ranged build shoot through the mob, while the boss is diverted by the hirelings' screams? gogo Link to comment
Knuckles 904
In the pc version I can mouse over npc and see the npc icon change from their name to which quest they are associated with. Is there any way to do this in the consoles? I can post a couple pics as an example if you are unsure what I'm referring to. Link to comment

The non champ guys, seem to come straight for me, which is ok, with nice right klik. I'm going to experiment more.. And yes Gogo, Ranged weapons are very effective on the champs, while the confusion ensues. Jet Edited June 26, 2009 by Jetcutter Link to comment
YurikoSan 1
You can pick up the immortal side quest companions and bring them along and they will actually distract the bosses, giving you a better chance to deal damage without being attacked even with melee weapons. This is a good cheap technique when playing co-op as well... you can have the other 3 strong players plus a bunch of lesser minions take on one boss And no, we cannot see who they are in the console version, so unless you know what quest is for whom, you are going to be completing at random.
