jvfroman 0
This is my first post ever on a forum! The easiest way I've found to find set items is to kill the Forest Guardian over and over, AND IT DOESN'T STOP THERE! I am also going to tell you an easy way to get to him. First you need to get to the Dryad Island. There is a quest giver there just south of the blacksmith where you first come onto the island, slighty east of the savepoint. Do the first quest that she gives you. Then come back and finish the quest. THIS IS THE MOST IMPORTANT PART of this method. Save your game first then when you are ready, talk to her. Right when you accept the quest, she teleports you to a dungeon. DO NOT KILL ANYTHING! Run to the west and down the tunnel and exit the dungeon. WARNING; sometimes when you come out of this tunnel you are surrounded by Fire Flowers. If you are strong you do not have to worry, for others come out swinging just in case or run to the east immediately after the load screen. The Forest Guardian is here just west of where you came out. KILL HIM! if you can. Also after you kill him kill all the monsters in the clearing because sometimes they drop set items also. You should kill them ESPECIALLY if you didn't get anything from the boss. DO NOT GO IN AND FINISH the quest! This is key! Now save your game and exit after you get the loot the monsters drop. Now all you have to do to get to the Forest Guardian is talk to the Dryad. She will teleport you back into the dungeon and tell you that you still have work to do!! Now just pickup in the guide from the point where she teleported you and repeat as many times as you want! If you accidentally finish the quest don't panic. You can do this quest once per difficulty and it's always available on Free Mode. Thank You all and hopefully this helps you! jvfroman SACRED 2 RULES!! Baggins_54 0
Man I tried to do this quest but I can't cause the game keeps shutting down on me! I think I may need an 8800 to top off my computer... Link to comment
colif 36
Nice short cut, but on pc you could just hit F9 in the cave and reload from there every time without needing to have quest. Forest guardian doesn't drop as much good stuff since he does respawn in single player. Link to comment

But its fast and not bad;) Yeah I've only found 2 unique weapons the whole time I've done this but I've also found about 30 or so set items. I find that set items drop more after you're level 30-35. The first quest is to get a bottle of T-energy. Edited August 7, 2009 by jvfroman Link to comment

Blokeymon 0
True, but pc was mentioned in title of post. True, but he said he hadn't tested it on PC, so why would he need to go and put PC commands into a guide he'd not tested on PC? Picky is as picky does. Link to comment

failout 0
I am a level 52 seraphim RevTech I have a problem with killing the forest guardian I killed him once note( I am in Silver) But his regeneration time is so damn fast if he gets .4 of a second he can regenerate how do you stop this? Other than that I can hit him well and kill him easy if it wasn't for his damn regeneration. Link to comment
Zonc1 0
You just need more damage, no more no less. Try to buy some deathblow rings if you have acces to bargaining, and make it at least 50%. It is very helpful against that guy. Edited August 18, 2009 by Zonc1 Link to comment

What I usually do if I have trouble killing him is wait till hes just about to cast his heal (I've fought him so much that I can tell when he's going to use it) and I cast all of my bufffs and debuffs on him, then right after he heals I go berzerk and cast all of my attack skills that I have. If that doesn't work, just drop the difficulty by one level, I.e.: from platinum to gold or gold to silver. And fire damage also does help a bit Edited September 11, 2009 by jvfroman Link to comment
Mikey-Flies 0
I should have read this earlier as I've already finished the quest Free world is a no-go as it doesn't save state you would be better served by just walking to the forest guardian each time. I suppose I could drop down to plat and farm level 155 sets Link to comment
