Do you guys think I gimped this build?

No Shield Lore, I want to use 2-Hand Mage Staffs.

Only thing I would have changed in the skill setup is to swap out Damage Lore with Delphic Arcania Lore(for more HP regen from Grand Invogaration), and taking the "Revenge" silver mod on Incadescent Skin since you won't be taking Shield Lore and getting the melee block chance at mastery there.

 

And perhaps going for pure Stamina instead of Intelligence to be able to boost up your Combat Arts pretty high without any noticeable regen penalties, or 50/50 Sta/Int to get the best of both worlds(low regen and some boost in your damage).

I skipped the Pyromancer Lore and put 5 skill points into concentration when starting my HE so I could pick all the Focus skills instead. That way I could pick either tactics or constitution instead. I find Raging Nimbus a very useful spell for mobs aggroing on me and Stormite Focus is more useful than the Lore skills for me.

You may not take damage lore unless you unlock with sword, staff, or tactics...
